TestMasters LSAT Course Reviews
| Jordyn Eisenpress | University of Wisconsin | Before TestMasters 156 | After TestMasters 170 |
“TestMasters gave me the most comprehensive, personalized LSAT and application experience I could have ever imagined. After originally choosing an online course because I wanted flexibility in my studying, I looked for ways to supplement my learning and TestMasters was ready with options. I was able to clarify questions via their online center and work through confusion during a few one-on-one tutoring sessions with my awesome TestMasters instructor Zac Henderson. The online course taught me everything I needed with the flexibility I’d hoped for and Zac was there motivating me, encouraging me and answering any questions I had throughout the entire process. He even cheered me on at our school’s law school fair AND on test day!
After having such a positive LSAT experience (and seeing a 14-point increase), I knew I wanted to stick with TestMasters for the continuation of my application process. Austin Stack, my admissions consultant, talked me through law school fairs, interviews, resumes, and countless personal statement drafts. He really took the time to get to know me as an applicant and helped me gear my story appropriately towards a successful application. The work is certainly tough, but TestMasters helped me learn the information in the best way possible, and both Zac and Austin were there for me every step of the way. Originally, I was overwhelmed and completely unsure of what might be possible. Five months later I am proud to say I will be attending Columbia Law next fall!”

“The first time I took the LSAT, I studied on my own with a bunch of Kaplan books and LSAC tests. I got a 157, and I decided I could, and would, do better. So, after reading through reviews and class descriptions online, I chose TestMasters and got a 169 after taking their course. I attribute my improvement to the formal logic drills which are invaluable for nervous test takers, to the clever strategies that focus your test skills into LSAT mastery, and to the enormous amount of questions youre assigned each week that make every new question you come across seem like something youve already seen before. Also, their instructors were able to clearly explain all the tough LSAT questions in a way that enabled you to get other tough ones right when you encountered them. From what I can tell, TestMasters has the most selective hiring process and I dont think any other LSAT course has the quality of instructors that I had at TestMasters.”

“I was referred to TestMasters by an acquaintance, and once I researched the company more, I was completely sold on their program. I think TestMasters was the best investment I have made in my endeavor to go to law school. Coming in, I had never taken any practice exams, but I got a 152 on my first diagnostic. I was very nervous because I did not think I would see much of a score increase from 152, but on the actual February exam I scored a 168! The best thing about the entire experience was that I had an instructor who really knew how to teach the fundamentals. TestMasters gave me the confidence I needed to be able to succeed during the exam. Half of the battle was familiarizing myself with the types of questions I would see, and by the end of the course, I could tackle any type of question thrown my way. My instructor showed me how to hone in on my weaker areas while still maintaining mastery of my stronger ones. I was juggling being a full-time student at the same time, but I got out of the program exactly what I was willing to put into it. I cannot thank TestMasters enough for helping me achieve my LSAT score. I am sure, had I self-studied, I would have done fine, but it would not have been anywhere near what I got with the help of TestMasters. A couple pieces of advice: take this course if youre willing to put the time and effort into it, take this course if you have the diligence to do the homework outside of the classes, and take this course if you want to see a big LSAT score increase because it really works!”

“Going into the LSAT preparation process, I had no idea how much of an increase in my score I could expect from a prep course. TestMasters completely exceeded even my highest expectations. The course exposes you to so many LSAT practice tests and questions that by the time you take the actual test, it feels completely routine. I believe that my instructor was critical to my success on the test, not only because of the incredible clarity with which he related the material in class, but also because of the individual attention he gave each student. He knew each of our strengths and weaknesses, and was reassuring during the stressful weeks leading up to the test. The in-class exposure to many of the hardest questions along with the participatory nature of the course made the time fly by and was actually enjoyable. It may seem like a lot of time and work, but the course is definitely worth it—I dont know anyone who took it who did not see amazing results.”
