Students can also self-administer the test. Regardless of when a student takes the test they can self-score it in their Online Resource Center.

I am considering enrolling in a Pearl TestMasters course, but I haven't studied for the LSAT at all. Should I prepare for the test before taking my first diagnostic?

You should not do any studying for the LSAT before your LSAT prep course with TestMasters begins. Doing so is counterproductive for several reasons 1) Each lesson with TestMasters is designed to introduce students to various concepts on the LSAT and to help them effectively tackle LSAT prep questions by applying these concepts 2) Students who study on their own before the course often end up spending time unlearning ineffective LSAT studying techniques in order to learn the TestMasters methodology.

Will I be able to work with a private tutor if I live in Pearl?

Each TestMasters LSAT tutor is a qualified LSAT instructor who has scored in the 98th percentile on an official LSAC administered LSAT. Students can generally work with a private LSAT tutor in cities where the TestMasters courses are being held, and in other select locations. Students unable to meet with a TestMasters LSAT tutor in-person can work with one remotely through online/telephonic tutoring.

How many installment payments can I make towards the tuition of a TestMasters Pearl LSAT course?

TestMasters allows students to pay for an LSAT prep course in installments as long as they have completed at least a $100 deposit. In order for a student to attend LSAT review classes, the course tuition has to be paid in full no later than one week prior to the first scheduled LSAT class meeting. Payments can be mailed directly to the TestMasters offices, made directly on a student’s Online Resource Center, or made over the phone.

Is the LSAT a requirement for law school?

The Law School Admission Test measures a student’s ability to read carefully and reason critically. As admissions to law school have become more competitive, the LSAT serves as a common denominator by which all candidates can be evaluated equally. The LSAT is a half-day exam, and is only administered four times in any calendar year.

Does TestMasters recommend taking the LSAT immediately after completing my course?

Usually, it is best for students to take the test pretty soon after their LSAT preparation is complete, but there are a number of factors to keep in mind when deciding when to take the Law School Admission Test. If the schools you are applying to have rolling admissions, you should consider how this might impact your application. If you are planning to wait to take the test, consider how you will ensure that the materials are still fresh in your mind when you do take the test.

Who was TestMasters founded by?

The world’s leading authority on LSAT prep, Robin Singh, is the owner and author of the TestMasters course. Tutoring sessions are intended to give each student focused attention in the areas they need it most. Why do law schools value the LSAT so highly?
