How long is the LSAT?

The LSAT is a standardized graduate entrance exam required for all students applying to law school. The test consists of 2 logical reasoning sections, 1 logic games section, 1 reading comprehension section, 1 ungraded experimental section, and an essay called the writing sample. Test takers have 35 minutes to complete each section.

How many times per year is the Law School Admission Test offered?

There are four LSAT test administrations every year. Students can take the LSAT in February, June, September/October, and December.

Where can I take the Law School Admission Test?

A list of all published LSAT test centers can be downloaded from the testing locations page on the LSAC website. Look for the location closest to you. Please note that not all testing locations are open for every LSAT administration.
